What happens after you pay.
Storage, bandwidth, and keeping a link alive cost money every year, so we would rather tell you exactly how that works before you buy than surprise you later.
The first year is included
Every package includes twelve months of hosting, the page, the video, the QR code, and unlimited swaps of the film. Nothing extra to pay in year one.
After that, you choose
Keep it going with a small annual preservation plan, or pay once for Perpetual Care and never see a renewal notice again. Prices are on the pricing page — no surprise invoices.
If you ever stop paying
The page pauses; it is never deleted. The link shows a short holding message, your files stay safe, and resuming brings back the exact same page and the exact same QR code.
You own your files
The photographs, recordings, and the finished film are yours. You can download the originals at full quality at any time, and you may use them anywhere you like.

Every family can download the original video, the photographs, and the QR artwork as a print-ready PNG and vector SVG. Keep a copy on your own drive. What you hold yourself can never be lost with a company.
Long-term hosting, honestly described
We keep your page online for as long as our service is running, under a written Continuity Policy — 90 days' notice before any change, a bulk export of your files, and an effort to hand the pages to another operator if we ever stop.
The address never changes
Engrave the code once. Swap the video, change the photo, rewrite the biography — the QR keeps pointing at the same permanent address.
Private by default
Nothing is public until you publish it. Playback links are minted fresh and short-lived rather than sitting open on the internet, and we never sell memorial media or family contact details.
