When their order is delivered and the refund window has passed, we apply your credit.
The honest small print
- Credit applies to future orders with us; it isn't paid out in cash.
- Refunded or cancelled orders don't earn credit.
- Please don't approach grieving families on our behalf — introductions only.
- Selling on our behalf regularly? That belongs in the partner program, which pays commission.
