We want you to feel good about your The Voice They Leave purchase. Every one-time production package is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll return your payment in full — even if we've already started editing — as long as you haven't approved the final video. Email hello@thevoicetheyleave.com with your order number and we'll process it within 5 business days. No forms, no interrogation.

After you approve the final video

Once you approve the final delivery, the package is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. The revision rounds included in your package are still available to you, and if something about the film isn't right we'd much rather keep working on it than take your money for something you don't love.

After 30 days

Outside the 30-day window we'll still look at it. If we haven't delivered a first draft yet, we'll refund the unused portion less a reasonable charge for work already completed, and we'll show you exactly what that work was.

Hardware and shipped items

Engraved QR plaques and markers are made to order. If a plaque arrives damaged or engraved incorrectly, we replace it at no cost. Because each one is personalized, plaques that were produced correctly aren't returnable on their own — but they're included in the 30-day guarantee on the package they came with.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual care plans can be cancelled any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; we don't prorate the current period. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment on a new plan, email us and we'll refund that first charge in full.

Self-service memorials

If you record and upload your memorial yourself without buying a production package, there is nothing to refund — the memorial page and QR code are free.

Your memorial page stays live

Refunded or not, if you keep your memorial published, we continue to host it and its QR code. See our hosting commitment in the Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thevoicetheyleave.com with your order details and a short note about why you're requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
