Facility rate card
Approved communities pay 40% off on the two self-serve tiers. Bill it to the family at list and keep the difference, or absorb it and include a memorial with residency — both are common. Larger groups can negotiate a deeper rate across all their buildings.

How it works for your community
- 1Apply below. We confirm your area is open and send the partner agreement to sign.
- 2We set up your community in the partner portal and switch your facility rate on.
- 3Your activity or family-services staff create a memorial per resident and record the story on a phone — we advise and can edit it for you.
- 4The family gets the QR code and, whenever they're ready, you transfer ownership of the memorial to them in one click.
What we ask in return
The facility rate is for partners who carry us exclusively: while the agreement is in force, a partner community won't market, resell, or take a commission on a competing QR or digital memorial product. Everything else you offer is untouched.
We don't grant territory exclusivity — we may partner with other communities nearby. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice, and every memorial already published stays online under our continuity promise. Full terms are in the partner agreement.
