Funeral homes, monument dealers, cemeteries and hospices buy our two self-serve packages at 40% off and offer them to families at our list price. You keep the difference. We handle hosting, the QR code, and the continuity promise. Senior living communities have their own program.
We do the technical part
Hosting, transcoding, the memorial page, and a weatherproof QR code sized for a headstone or plaque. Nothing for your staff to maintain.
You keep the relationship
You sell to the family, you invoice the family, you set the retail price. We never contact your families to upsell them.
One brand at the counter
Partners carry The Voice They Leave exclusively — no competing QR memorial product, so families get one clear answer from your staff.
Wholesale rate card
Standard partner rate is 40% off on the two self-serve tiers. Volume partners can negotiate deeper. Our guided and edited packages are our own labour and are not wholesaled — refer those and we'll credit you.

How the partnership works
- 1Apply below. We check that your area is open and send the reseller agreement to sign.
- 2We set up your organisation in the partner portal and switch your wholesale rate on.
- 3Your staff create memorials for families from the portal — your rate applies automatically at checkout.
- 4You hand the family the QR plaque and, when they're ready, transfer ownership of the memorial to them in one click.
Exclusivity, plainly stated
While the agreement is in force, a partner may not market, resell, or receive a commission on any competing QR or digital memorial product — including private-label versions of one. You may keep selling everything else you sell: markers, monuments, urns, printed programs, obituary services.
We don't grant territory exclusivity — we may work with other partners, including nearby ones. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, and memorials already sold stay hosted under our continuity promise. Full terms are in the reseller agreement.
